Brad Frederiksen provides the technology vision and leadership for the firm and coordinates the delivery of technology services to firm personnel and clients. He provides the strategic and tactical evaluation, planning, development, and coordination of firm-wide information and technology systems and projects. He is responsible for the development, coordination, guidance and maintenance of the strategic and operational plans for technology systems in support of the firm’s business strategies, including the systems architecture, defining the standards and protocols for data exchange, communications, software and interconnections of the firm’s network information systems. Brad provides advice on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of technology systems, ensuring appropriate investment in strategic, operational and knowledge management systems, including technology plans, policies and technology trends throughout the firm. Prior to the joining the firm, Brad was the Vice President of Planning and Project Delivery at UnitedHealth Group and was the CTO and Senior Vice President of Technology at Velocity Express. He has been in the technology industry for over 25 years. Brad obtained his bachelor’s degree in 1976 from the University of Minnesota. He has completed some course work toward an MBA at the University of Minnesota as well. |
