Vicky Boyce joined North American Properties in 2001 to serve as financial liaison for all of the office's retail and mixed-use developments. With almost two decades of real estate finance experience, Boyce is responsible for ensuring sound financial management of all commercial undertakings. This includes establishing lender relationships, negotiating construction and permanent financing and orchestrating timely dispositions. She also oversees day-to-day accounting activities for the office. An industry veteran, Boyce's keen understanding of all aspects of financial management from a developer’s point-of-view is instrumental as the office continues to set the standard for innovative financing solutions, such as Tax Allocation Districts. Her real estate acumen extends past financial analysis to include asset management, lease administration and property management, allowing her a broad, strategic approach to finance. Prior to joining North American Properties, Boyce served as vice president/development and acquisition analyst, and vice president/development controller for Ben Carter Properties in Atlanta for more than two years. Prior to Ben Carter, she held numerous financial management positions at CNM Associates in Atlanta. |
