Bonnie was born and raised in Mason City, Iowa. She graduated from Upper Iowa University in 1995 Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business. She is currently pursuing her masters in Financial Management.
Bonnie has had a long and varied career in a number of industries. Her last position, before joining Software Engineering Services (SES) in 2007, was Senior Operations Manager for Mediacom Corporation, the US’s 8th largest telecommunication company. Her responsibilities included management of over $100M in capital assets, all process redevelopment efforts for the company, management of all their warehousing operations across the Midwest, and implementation of a new Oracle system, as well as training and support for all the Oracle applications.
When Bonnie began her career at what is now Wells Fargo Corporation, it was called Norwest Corporation, with headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. Bonnie was asked to be the Program Manager for the largest mortgage acquisition in the company’s history and successfully managed 150 people to merge Prudential Home Mortgage and Norwest Mortgage into one entity. Bonnie was then selected to fly to Las Vegas every week for one year to help Norwest Corporation merge with Wells Fargo Corporation. At the time it was touted as the most successful merger in the financial services industry and Bonnie helped lead the team that merged the two company’s technologies into a coherent architecture. She also served on the Human Resource committee that helped the newly merged company select ‘the best of the best from all the merged company’s executives. In her role as Vice President of Platform Development and Alternative Delivery Channels Bonnie was tasked with developing new technology platforms to delivery financial services to customers at each point of contact within the company. She traveled extensively across the country, helping multiple divisions to fine tune their operations to take advantage of the technology solution she created for the credit card division, one of the largest credit card agencies in the US.
Bonnie has also held positions as a Chief Financial Officer, HR Director, and Systems Consultant traveling the United States, working with companies of all sizes, to install software and hardware solutions and train their users to improve their competitive edge. As a Management Consultant Bonnie assisted companies with Strategic Planning and Business Process Improvement initiatives.
Bonnie primary role at SES is in marketing and business development, focusing on State Government Solutions. She also manages the Iowa Branch Office. Bonnie and her husband Steve live in Clive, IA with their two Westies, Jordie and Shawn, and their chocolate lab, Hunter. |
