Bonnie Rancatore is the Director of Internal Recruiting for Major, Lindsey & Africa. Bonnie assists in identifying and hiring Managing Directors, Practice Specialists, and Directors of Business Development for the Western Region.
Bonnie has 10 years of search and staffing experience in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Technology, Human Resources, and Sales and Marketing. She has worked on contingent and retained searches, as well as contract, contract-to-hire and high volume staffing projects. Prior to joining MLA, Bonnie was the Area Manager for a boutique search firm specializing in Human Resources. Bonnie has a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in Strategic Leadership.
Bonnie is a native northern Californian and grew up in Lafayette, CA where she enjoyed being outdoors and riding horses competitively as a 3-Day Event Rider. These days, she keeps her feet closer to the ground and enjoys going for walks along the water in the bayside community of Tiburon where she currently lives.
