Bonnie Pollack has substantial experience in representing all types of debtors including publicly and privately held corporations, retailers, e-tailers, real estate developers, partnerships, construction companies, as well as creditors committees and chapter 7 trustees, in bankruptcy proceedings and out of court workouts. In addition, Ms. Pollack has represented commercial lending institutions, businesses and individuals in pursuing creditor’s rights in bankruptcy cases and workouts. Ms. Pollack has conducted several trials in bankruptcy cases and has extensive background in federal appellate litigation in District Courts and the Court of Appeals, and has participated in cases before the Supreme Court of the United States of America. While at New York Law School, Ms. Pollack was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Awards for Debtors and Creditors Rights; Wills, Trusts & Estates; and Insurance Law. Ms. Pollack is a past Chairperson of the Bankruptcy Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institution and the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
