Ms. Ludlow has fifteen years of experience working with the Federal Government, six of which were active duty in the United States Air Force, and nine as a Department of Defense civilian.While on active duty, she was assigned to the Defense Security Agency (DSA) as a Czech linguist.As a civil servant, Ms. Ludlow worked as a geodetic surveyor and engineering assistant, in which she positioned navigational aids on military runways. Additional duties in this position included the generation of technical drawings, maps and reports. As a Senior Vice President of Finance, Ms. Ludlow is responsible for all financial transactions, including contracting and purchasing agreements, invoicing, and payroll as well as managing human resources for recruiting, hiring, and benefits administration.Because of her diligence, Mobilisa has consistently maintained the highest Dun and Bradstreet credit rating for a company of its size, has successfully passed its annual audits by DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) and WSDOT (Washington State Department of Transportation). |
