As Vice President of Human Resources, Bonnie Helton brings nearly two decades of management experience to the company. In this role, Helton has worldwide responsibility for the company's human resources functions, including workforce development and organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, and staffing. Her key focus is driving a performance and development culture at Brocade that covers all of its people processes - from hiring and on-boarding to managing, rewarding, and developing its talent. Helton joined Brocade in 2004 as Director of Human Resources. Prior to Brocade, she held leadership positions in human resources management at Sun, Portal Software, Procket Networks (a startup acquired by Cisco), and Pacific Bell/AT&T. Helton has a BA in Sociology from California State University at Long Beach. |
