Bonnie brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare organizations designing and implementing processes to deliver quality patient care through efficient resource utilization.

Served in a variety of interim leadership positions including: Chief Nursing Officer Director of Perioperative services Director of Critical Care Services and Director of Labor Resource Management.
Designed and implemented patient care delivery systems that decreased cost and increased effectiveness of hospital based services using methods of work redesign role transition management restructuring policy and procedure development and team building.
Implemented programs of outcome analysis using clinical financial and patient satisfaction measures.
Developed strategic plans for the short and long-term growth of key programs in the areas of Women's Services Oncology Services and Perioperative Services.
