She is responsible for all operations in North and Latin America, focusing on the recruitment of boards of directors, chief executive officers, and senior general managers across a variety of sectors, including industrial, nonprofit, technology, and consumer. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Bonnie spent almost 13 years with the IBM Corporation, where she held a variety of sales, marketing, and senior-level management positions. She has served on the Northeast regional board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Ohio & Kentucky and was appointed to the Foundation’s National Board in January 2005. Bonnie has been active in a number of organizations, including the Stark County Educational Service Center, Junior Achievement of Akron, Walsh University President’s Advisory Board, the National First Ladies’ Library Site Committee, the Center for Families and Children, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Northeast Ohio Chapter. Bonnie holds a combined bachelor’s and master’s degree from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. She was a National Merit Scholar and a fellow, Diplomatic and Consular Officers, Retired (DACOR). Bonnie and family reside in Cleveland, Ohio. |
