Bonnie is a Senior Attorney in the Business Transactions section. She has worked extensively representing developers, lenders and equity investors in the wind energy industry. Her representation of wind energy clients includes all aspects of the real estate development and securitization of wind farms. All of these projects have included extensive acreage and multiple landowners. In addition, Bonnie has experience representing buyers and sellers of both unimproved and improved properties, including hotels, industrial facilities and apartment complexes. She has represented both landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations. Prior to joining the firm, Bonnie worked as an attorney for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. She has represented clients in negotiations with both state and federal environmental regulatory agencies and is experienced in contested case hearings related to water quality and water rights permitting matters.
