Experience
Ms. Golub concentrates her practice in the areas of creditors' rights, business reorganization, and commercial litigation. She has an active transactional practice in which she represents both buyers and sellers of businesses and real estate, as well as handling loan workouts and drafting loan documentation. Ms Golub has also represented unsecured creditors' committees and debtors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, as well as Chapter 7 trustees.
Professional Activities
She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference. Ms. Golub has lectured on selected topics regarding bankruptcy for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Bankruptcy Conference, and has co-authored a primer on the Chapter 11 reorganization process. She holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Bar Admissions
Ms. Golub is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Education
Ms. Golub is a 1986 graduate of the Temple University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from S.U.N.Y. at Albany, magna cum laude, where she was invited to join Phi Beta Kappa. She received her Masters Degree from Hahnemann Medical School.
