Ms. Barksdale is an associate at Carrington Coleman. She is a transactional attorney with a practice focusing on real estate matters. Ms. Barksdale handles a range of real estate matters including home and construction real estate loans, foreclosures, community and subdivision development, and the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial property. Ms. Barksdale advises several homeowners associations on compliance and enforcement issues and also has considerable experience in lease transactions for both the lessor and the lessee, including office and ground lease transactions, build-to-suit transactions, and residential lease and lease/purchase arrangements. Ms. Barksdale also advises financial institutions on real estate issues.
