Ms. Williams is the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer. Ms. Williams will be working closely with the Executive Team Members and functional areas to build and retain a talented, owner-minded team, create a leadership development program, develop a team member ‘career pathing’, establish tools to measure team member engagement and lead our diversity efforts in all spheres of our operations.
Ms. Williams has over 22 years of senior human resources management experience. Ms. Williams most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for Baja Fresh Mexican Restaurants and Wendy’s International. She successfully led HR initiatives, achieved outstanding results in the areas of management and crew retention, effectively developed people and demonstrated the ability to build a team.
Prior to joining Wendy’s, Ms. Williams was Senior Human Resources Manager for Circuit City Stores, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia. Ms. Williams also served as Director of Employee Relations and Diversity for Metromedia Restaurant Group in Dallas, Texas.
Ms. Williams attended Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey. She also studied at the Institute for Applied Management and Law. |
