Acting Vice President for Network and Information Technology since October 2007. Member of the supervisory board of Business unit MTS Ukraine.
In 2006 appointed advisor to the Vice President for Network and Information Technology. Prior to 2004, Mr. Bogatyrev was the technical director at ROSNO. From 1999 to 2004, he worked in Israel in a number of key positions in logistics and software development.
Born in 1956. Graduated in 1978 from the Moscow State Forest University specializing in automatics and telemechanics. Holds a PhD.
