Mr. Blakley has more than 18 years of banking experience. Since joining BB&T in 1988 he has served as financial center manager in Goldsboro N.C.; business services officer in Sanford and Greensboro N.C.; corporate banker in Greensboro N.C.; and an area executive for the Atlanta region. He was named as the South Atlanta Regional President in January 2006.
