Bob Wrightson will be using his experience to connect Private Equity C-Level candidates with our private equity and venture capital clients.

Bob most recently provided consulting services to companies in need of performance improvement, turnarounds, organizational development, and change management. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Vice President and Transformation Executive at Aon Consulting Worldwide, a provider of Human Resources Outsourcing services. Bob has expertise in managing the recruitment process for several Fortune 500 Companies and has served as President and COO for a national provider of employment background investigations. His background also includes eleven years in financial services with Citigroup as a Vice President in various operations roles.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Bob served for six years in the U.S. Army, attaining the rank of Captain. He has lived in the U.S. and abroad, and currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and four children. He has a graduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Business Management, and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
