As general parts manager, Bob Williams knows how important it is to get a machine that is down back on the job. While serving in the Air Force during the Vietnam War, Williams learned just how vital it is to have both a well-trained service technician and the right part when a plane was grounded.
Williams has more than 25 years experience in construction machinery parts sales. He worked for several equipment distributors before joining Kirby-Smith Machinery in 1987, and today is general parts manager for all Kirby-Smith Machinery operations.
Keeping Kirby-Smith Machinery's customers happy is important to Williams and his goal is to constantly supply customers with the correct part while providing the highest level of service available. |
