Bob Shibuya is Chief Operating Officer of DTZ Rockwood, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Shibuya is responsible for coordinating the firm’s business initiatives, including its continuing expansion in key markets within the United States, Mexico and Canada, as well as assisting with all future strategic planning and business development. In addition, he will participate in the oversight of the firm’s operations and will serve on the firm’s Management Committee. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Mr. Shibuya served for four years with Trammell Crow Company as Senior Managing Director, Global Brokerage, responsible for business development and overseeing the firm’s tenant representation, agency leasing and capital markets businesses. Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Mr. Shibuya was Executive Vice President of Western Operations for Insignia/ESG and before that Chief Operating Officer of Tishman West Companies. |
