Bob Ottman is senior vice president of Account Implementation and Management (AIM) for Aflac. Bob began his management career at Aflac in 1999 and has served in several leadership positions, including most recently as vice president, Aflac Administrative Services, New Business and Underwriting and New Account Set-Up.
In his current position, Bob oversees the business operations of all AIM business operations, which include New Business and Underwriting, New Account Set-Up, Aflac New York, Aflac Benefit Services, Agents’ Accounting, Administrative Technology Support, and Risk Management and Best Practices. Before joining Aflac, Bob held the position of vice president at Frank Gates USA (formerly Acordia of Dallas).
Bob holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and holds his CFCI designation from the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation. |
