Bob Nichol is a researcher and strategic analyst of business intelligence. He has extensive experience on a global basis in the chemicals, automotive, metalworking, packaging, aerospace and telecommunications industries. He is also an experienced executive recruiter, and assists the Principal Executive Recruiters in candidate evaluations.
Bob honed his research and analysis expertise during twenty years as an intelligence officer with the U.S. Army Intelligence Corps. As a Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence Officer, Bob was extensively trained in counter-espionage, security investigations, and human intelligence collection. Bob was also an instructor at the Intelligence School, teaching interrogation and report writing techniques to senior officers and enlisted personnel. He is a key contributor to the CODE-3 Program.
Bob has in-depth international experience in strategic intelligence, with counter-intelligence and cryptosecurity assignments across much of the globe.
With Principal, Bob is a research professional specializing in proprietary reports, as well as M&A due diligence, researching and facilitating mergers and acquisitions on a global basis.
He holds a M.A. from East Carolina University and a B.A. from Duke University. He is a past member of the American Society for Industrial Security.
Bob is a primary advisor for clients who use Principal's CODE-3T Counter-competitive Intelligence Training Program, and a co-author of the CODE-3T Training Manual. |
