Bob McCarter possesses 16 years experience in database and information systems development. In his current role he is responsible for technology and system infrastructure development, day-to-day operations and service delivery and client support.As a member of the Global Compliance executive team, McCarter assumed the role of Vice President of Information Technology for Service Intelligence after Global Compliance’s acquisition. McCarter also served with Global Compliance’s former parent company, Pinkerton, Inc., in the position of Chief Technology Officer within Pinkerton’s Consulting and Investigations division. Previously McCarter held the role of Director of Strategic Initiatives and Information Systems Architect for Pinkerton Services Group. Prior to joining Pinkerton, McCarter performed system design and project management on large-scale fluid dynamics and environmental remediation projects at the University of California at Berkeley. Formerly, he had served as an Information Systems Consultant for Six R Communications and BellSouth and also held the title of Equipment Engineering Manager for BellSouth. McCarter holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University. |
