Bob Marino oversees production of the CafePress West Coast and Midwest production facilities, and is also responsible for the CafePress supply chain and engineering. Marino expertise ensures that these three areas work as one cohesive force while he contributes leadership and strategic vision for continual growth. Prior to joining CafePress, Marino served as President and CEO of Chicago-based Cuisine Innovations, a top 25 manufacturer of snacks, appetizers and side dishes. Before that, Marino was VP and General Manager of Tyson's Culinary Foods, and Mexican Original and Mallards Food products Divisions. Earlier in his career, he was VP of Operations and Technology at Ramsey SIAS. Marino was also instrumental in the successful launches of divisional start-ups for Fortune 500s. While at his previous companies, Marino developed several patents both privately and through the organizations he served. The culmination of experience Marino brings from his previous positions is an exciting mix for CafePress. It includes sourcing components and products globally, engineering solutions for never-done before processes, fast-paced logistic solutions for products with a short shelf life, and automated and manual processes. He's also developed an intense commitment to quality. As an innovator, Marino was attracted to CafePress because of the unique business model.
