Bob provides executive recruitment services and human resources consulting to pharmaceutical and biotechnology client organizations. He specializes in identifying top talent for Global 1000 and Fortune 500 corporations, as well as for start-up and fast growth companies. Many of his assignments have been international and demonstrate his deep understanding of the healthcare industry. His experience includes search engagements for executive and general management positions as well as for senior leadership in R&D, Technical Operations and Commercial Operations. Prior to joining Carlyle Group, Bob was a Senior Client Partner in Korn/Ferry International’s Life Sciences Practice, where he provided expertise on healthcare organizations, human resources, and compensation for pharmaceutical and biotechnology client organizations. Before that, he was vice president for a Princeton-based boutique search firm specializing in healthcare products. Bob spent eight years at SmithKline Beecham and six years with FMC Corporation’s pharmaceutical division before entering the executive search profession. His industry experience is focused on the sales, marketing and general management functions of the industry. Bob holds a BS degree in electrical engineering from Villanova University and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. |
