Bob Hinkle is Vice President, Energy Efficiency and is responsible for identifying and developing non-residential energy efficiency projects that leverage incentives offered by utilities and state and federal programs. Mr. Hinkle is also responsible for developing projects and managing relationships with electric utilities, government energy and environmental agencies, industry associations, and large-scale commercial and industrial energy users. Mr. Hinkle has more than 14 years of experience in the energy industry and was previously with Nexant (formerly Bechtel Consulting) with responsibility for managing energy efficiency financing initiatives and program development for utilities, state energy agencies, international donors and financial institutions. He has extensive experience in evaluating the financial viability of energy efficiency investments and programs both in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Hinkle has a Masters degree in International Business from the Fletcher School, Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College. |
