Bob has maintained a top performer’s position at Cornish & Carey Commercial since joining the San Mateo office in 1986. As a leader in the San Mateo County commercial market, he was promoted to Sales Manager of the San Mateo office in 1997. In January 2003, Bob was appointed Executive Vice President and Board Member of Cornish & Carey Commercial.
In his 21 years of working in the real estate industry, Bob has completed over 650 lease and sales transactions and represented some of the Peninsula’s leading corporations. Among the larger tenants Bob has represented are: Sony Entertainment for 60,000 square feet of general office space; California Casualty Management Company for 55,000 square feet; Invision Technologies for 95,000 square feet and Inventa Corporation for 46,000 square feet.Bob has represented some of the speculative projects on the Mid-Peninsula, including Shorebreeze I and II, Bayside Towers, and Park Place at Bay Meadows. These successful Class A office projects are landmarks on the Mid-Peninsula. Bob, his wife, and four children live in Los Altos Hills. |
