Bob Davis, JD, CPA, CFE, CIRA, has nearly 30 years of financial, tax and business management and advisory service experience with both public and privately held companies. Mr. Davis began his career with a major public accounting firm. Over the past 10 plus years Mr. Davis has managed or provided advisory services to businesses in transition by developing and implementing strategic reorganization plans. He serves as the company Treasurer and oversees the accounting, tax and corporate finance departments.
Mr. Davis received his B.S. in Business Administration from West Liberty State College, West Liberty, West Virginia and his law degree from Capital University Law School, Columbus, Ohio. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed attorney. |
