Mr. Carroll leads CHiL’s Systems and Design Engineer teams, guiding the development and implementation of CHiL’s products, leveraging the expertise he has gained in pioneering multiphase and high density POL digital power management IC’s. His team implements CHiL’s strategy of mixing high speed, precise analog blocks with leading edge digital algorithms to provide system and cost optimized power management solutions. His knowledge and experience with leading power management customers insures that CHiL’s products continue to meet or exceed the requirements of market leaders throughout the industry. Prior to CHiL, Mr. Carroll was VP of Engineering at Vicor and also at Vicor was a leading innovator in their VIChip product line. Previous to that, Mr. Carroll was both the CTO of Primarion, and earlier, the VP of Engineering at Primarion. Mr. Carroll previously held senior management positions in semiconductors and communications at both The MITRE Corporation and at Hughes Aircraft Company. Mr. Carroll holds a BSEE from Northeastern University as well as an MBA from the University of Southern California. |
