Bob Brueckner is the Vice President of Risk Management for SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, Inc. He joined SunAmerica in 2007 and is responsible for all risk management activities of the affordable housing portfolio. Prior to joining SunAmerica, Mr. Brueckner was the Director of Risk Management for Charles Pankow Builders, Ltd, a General Contractor located in California and Hawaii with revenues just under $500 million annually. Prior to Pankow, he was the Manager of Risk Management for Hilton Hotels Corporation where he was involved with insurance and risk management of $12 billion in property values and $6 billion in revenues. Bob also has extensive experience as an Underwriter and Insurance Broker for construction risks. He is a licensed insurance broker in California.
