Bob brings over 20 years of Direct Marketing, Customer Service and Operations experience to Litle & Co. As Vice President of Customer Service Bob is responsible for all customer support activity, including delivery on Litle’s & Co pledge of best in class customer service. Most recently as Director of Customer Service for Celarix, a lviceogistics provider, where he was responsible for all Customer Service and Training. Prior to Celarix, Bob was a Vice President at GE Partnership Marketing Group, Formally the Signature Group, where he was responsible for creating the Shopping Division, leading Merchandise operations, Customer Service, E-Business Operations and Product Fulfillment. Bob began his career with CUC International leading numerous merchandising operations. Bob received a BS in Business Administration from Wilkes University. |
