Mr. Alexander, a founder of Alexander Energy Corporation, was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company when Alexander Energy Corporation merged into National Energy Group on August 29, 1996. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on November 23, 1998. From 1980 until the merger, he served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Alexander Energy Corporation. From 1976 to 1980, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Northern Division of Reserve Oil, Inc. and President of Basin Drilling Corp., subsidiaries of Reserve Oil and Gas Company. Mr. Alexander attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering. |
