Ms. Tuller joined QPC in October 2006 from Ameripath where she served as Vice President of Finance of Ameripath’s Esoteric Division. From February 2005 to January 2006 she served as Director of Finance of Specialty Laboratories a NYSE listed clinical reference laboratory that was acquired by Ameripath in January 2006. From February 2003 to February 2005 Ms. Tuller led Specialty Laboratories Internal Audit department developing an Internal Audit function and bringing the company into compliance with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. From 1998 to 2003 Ms. Tuller held a variety of positions at the public accounting firms of Arthur Andersen LLP and KPMG LLP most recently as a Manager in the Management Assurance Services practice at KPMG.
