Blake Terry is a member of Jones Waldo’s Real Estate Department. His practice focuses on real estate development, real estate financing and real estate leasing projects. Blake’s practice includes the representation of a broad range of clients, from large, international and national clients, to local developers and lending institutions. He has significant experience with the acquisition, disposition, development, redevelopment, leasing and financing of retail, residential, office and industrial projects located throughout the country. Projects include regional shopping malls, single family residential subdivisions, multi-family developments, strip centers, office buildings, golf courses, urban redevelopment projects and industrial warehouses. Blake also has experience with various general business matters such as the formation of limited liability companies and other business transactional matters.
Blake was born in Ogden, Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1994, and received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Kansas in 1998, where he served on the staff of the University of Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. Blake began his legal practice in the real estate practice group of a large firm in Kansas City, Missouri, before returning to Utah to join Jones Waldo. He is admitted to the practice of law in Missouri, Kansas and Utah. |
