Blair joins ACET Inc. with a deep background in management consulting and professional services having worked at Booz-Allen-Hamilton, Deloitte Consulting and CSC’s Federal Consulting Practice. Blair brings expertise in the areas of Project Management, Business Process Improvement/Reengineering, and Enterprise Architecture design, development and implementation. Blair has been engaged with private industry customers as well as those in local, state, and federal government. Blair has spent the last 12 years servicing clients in the intelligence community, including DoD, NSA, CIA, DIA, FBI, NGA, NRO, and the Department of Homeland Security. Blair’s most recent customer has been the Office of the Director of National Intelligence where he is working on major transformation projects involving intelligence collection and analysis. Blair has been providing consulting services to the ODNI since its establishment, his work and relationships within ODNI provide ACET, Inc. with great insight into the way-forward for the entire Intelligence Community. |
