Blair Hyatt has a degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of South Florida, and is a licensed real estate broker. He began his professional career with Zayre Corporation in 1971 as an Assistant Store Manager, then Store Manager and Regional Training Director. After five years of retail experience, he managed a large brokerage office on Miami Beach, was a sales manager for a large residential project and conducted several sales training seminars. Since beginning his retail real estate career in the early 1980’s, Mr. Hyatt has worked for the Florida Shopping Center Group, Inc., a Chain Links affiliate for eight years, a start-up retailer in charge of real estate and Costco’s national exclusive real estate broker. From early 1996 until October 2001, he was a partner in Commercial Development Associates, a Florida-based real estate development company operating in Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia and Florida. Mr. Hyatt has been with Konover South, LLC since 2002. |
