Mr. Fensterstock practices primarily in all areas of complex commercial litigation including tax, securities, contracts, employment (primarily for CEO's and CFO's), banking, construction, insurance and re-insurance and defamation. He was appointed liaison counsel on all of the civil cases arising out of the bombing of the World Trade Center (1993), and he authored "The Complaint" in Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts. Mr. Fensterstock acts as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, the Duke Adjudication Center, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He graduated from Bowdoin College (1972), Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa and Columbia Law School (1975), Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. |
