Blaine is responsible for industry-specific research, financial modeling, valuation modeling, and general financial analysis in the evaluation of companies for strategic investment banking transactions. Prior to joining WP Capital Partners, L.P., Blaine developed his expertise through an investment banking internship with WP Capital Partners, L.P. as well as a trading desk internship with Q Investments, a Fort Worth based hedge fund. Blaine graduated with honors from Texas Christian University s Neeley School of Business with emphases in finance and entrepreneurial management. While at TCU, Blaine was an analyst for the prestigious William C. Conner Educational Investment Fund. In this capacity, he assisted in the management of a $1.5M portfolio and provided invaluable equity research reports. Blaine is currently a candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. |
