Mr. Ray is the Chairman and CEO of Charys and was formerly Chairman and CEO of Able Telecom Holding Corp., a leading international telecommunications systems integrator, project developer, and facilities manager of innovative large-scale fiber optic and other communication networks. Mr. Ray has served as in executive capacities for several leading telecom, power, and utility infrastructure services providers, including Dycom, Mastec, and Patton Management. He has also acted as consultant for infrastructure divisions of Alcatel and Lockheed Martin. Mr. Ray received his B.A. in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1980 and has maintained his certification as a Certified Public Accountant. |
