Prior to joining Brierley, he served as Vice President, Marketing and Customer Programs for Neiman Marcus and in this capacity promoted the unique and highly recognizable brand. During his 36-year career at Neiman Marcus, Billy was responsible for the development and implementation of the InCircle and NM Gold programs two programs that pioneered the concept of customer loyalty within the retail industry, and managed the Neiman Marcus customer database, as well as its credit card marketing efforts. As part of his marketing efforts at Neiman Marcus, Billy created the first electronic, prepaid gift card a card that today is widely used throughout the retail industry. |
