Billy focuses his practice on intellectual property law. He is experienced in patent litigation and counseling clients on intellectual property matters, as well as preparing and prosecuting applications relating to computer software and the electrical and mechanical arts.
A member of the Ohio and D.C. Bar Associations, Billy also is active in the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).
