Billie Siddoway has trial, appellate and dispute resolution experience in the industries of real estate development, manufacturing, advertising, hospitality services, technology and agriculture. Her practice includes the litigation of intellectual property disputes, competitive issues, employment matters and a number of contract and tort claims. She has represented businesses of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups. Billie balances her commercial litigation docket with a limited number of family law matters. She is licensed to practice law in both Utah and Idaho.
Billie’s practical experience is an important component of her success in the legal field. Before becoming an attorney, she worked in the public and private sectors. She held positions with the Governor of Idaho and the Idaho Department of Agriculture. She worked with several family-owned businesses before founding her own company. Billie’s background enables her to offer creative and cost-effective solutions to legal disputes.
Billie was born in Idaho. She received a B.A. in American Studies from the University of Idaho and a J.D. with a Certificate in Natural Resources and Environmental Law from the University of Utah, where she served on the staff of the Journal of Land, Resources, and Environmental Law. When she is not in the office, she enjoys fishing for marlin in the Pacific or for cutthroat on the Teton. |
