Bill Whyman is a Senior Managing Director and head of ISI’s tech strategy research. Prior to joining ISI in 2006, Bill was co-founder and President of Precursor. Bill led Precursor's research team which, in December 2004 and 2005, Institutional Investor magazine ranked amongst the leading technology and telecom independent research providers. Bill graduated from Cornell University in 1986 with additional undergraduate studies at Oxford University in the UK and received his MPA from Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School 1989. |
