Bill Welge joined RDC in June 2001 and has since played a primary role in directing daily business operations and technological development. His leadership has been pivotal to the development of the company’s real estate research and title report generation system, which continues to receive praise from clients and garner recognition throughout the real estate services industry. He is responsible for leading RDC by enhancing its product offerings while developing strategic relationships with partners, clients and industry associations. Throughout his tenure at RDC, Mr. Welge has instituted many marketing, sales and business development programs in support of the company’s national and technology expansion efforts. His customer-centric approach drives him to provide RDC clients with first-class service and products that exceed their expectations. In 2002, he oversaw the formation of RDC’s in-house technology division that launched a new era in real estate research and title report generation. Together, he and his technology team have developed streamlined workflows and have successfully integrated various software systems through the use of XML. As pioneers of this industry, Mr. Welge and his staff are currently in the process of seeking patents for their proprietary solutions. Mr. Welge began his career in 1987 as Director of Sales and Training for Triumphe Financial Corporation. He has over 12 years of experience working with businesses to develop their comprehensive plans, acquire funding and organize finances. He has worked with companies such as Bigredchair.com and First Federal Savings to develop business growth strategies and acquisitions. Mr. Welge’s core competencies include the development of business-to-business enterprises as well as Internet initiatives. A recognized expert in the mortgage, title and e-commerce sectors, Mr. Welge is also an active member of the New York State Land Title Association, American Land Title Association, Real Estate Information Professionals Association and the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officers and Clerks. He is committed to helping industry organizations to create and adopt software technology standards for the title industry. |
