Bill Vardoulis’ involvement in the Irvine community began over 25 years ago as a homeowners’ association president helping to incorporate the City of Irvine. Through the years his service to the City of Irvine (and to Orange County) included serving as charter commissioner (drafting the City of Irvine’s Charter), Irvine Transportation Commissioner, Irvine Planning Commissioner, Irvine city council member, and mayor.
Founded in January 1995 BV Engineering specializes in civil engineering and land surveying primarily for private development. For about 11 years prior to opening BV Engineering he served as president of Church Engineering, Inc. concentrated on civil engineering, land planning and land surveying. From 1964 to 1984 he was employed by Ford Aerospace in Newport Beach, CA. He began his career with Ford as a mechanical engineer and ended as a member of senior management.
