Bill Uzell is Executive Vice President of Oregon Scientific's Electronic Learning Products (ELP) division and is responsible for the overall management, category growth, and branding initiative activities for the division. He brings an expertise gained by a unique combination of 20+ years experience in the toy and electronics industries.
Uzell is the former president of Digital Blue, Prime Entertainment's branded interactive learning products. Uzell moved to Digital Blue from Intel Corporation where he served as World-wide Manager.
Uzell is the former Director of Sales at Mattel Interactive and held the positions of Eastern Zone Sales Director and National Marketing & Sales Director at Sega of America. He began his career at Sony Corporation of America, where he was promoted several times throughout his nine years with the company. He acted in various executive sales and marketing capacities, developing new products and packaging in the Sony Accessories line, and was responsible for the overall marketing, advertising, and introduction of Sony's Projection TV and the Sony Watchman.
