Bill Tucker brings over 22 years of media experience and a passion for the industry to his new role as CEO of MediaVest USA.
Bill was elevated in 2007 from President of Client Service and Agency Operations. In this role, Bill was responsible for the quality of MediaVest's client service product including talent development and training, as well as critical agency operations areas including systems capabilities, infrastructure, financial compliance, and overall strategic agency initiatives.
Prior, Bill was EVP, Director of Client Services, leading the successful start up and growth of the Kraft AOR, among other assignments, at MediaVest. He also oversaw MediaVest's Print operation and OOH investment units. Under his watch, MediaVest’s Print operation grew to top five in the United States and the NY-based OOH operation expanded its client base from six to nine, representing a double-digit billings increase within one year.
Previously, Bill was EVP, Media Director for N.W. Ayer & Partners before to transferring to MediaVest to run the Procter & Gamble media assignment. At N.W. Ayer, Bill led Ayer Media units in New York and Chicago after sale of Media Edge in October 1996 to Y&R.
Bill's past and current activities include Board of Directors of the AIS, Board of Directors Traffic Audit Bureau, 4A's Media Policy Committee, AD Club NY Magazine Charity Auction Task Force, Board of Directors Advertising Information Services and 4A's Barter Expert. Bill has also served as adjunct professor at NYU Stern business school for Media Planning and Buying.
