Bill leads the healthcare consulting division at Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain. He has over 21 years experience in healthcare including hospital administration as well as consulting services. He concentrates his consulting efforts in the areas of hospital operations, strategic and business planning, performance improvement, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures, turnaround management, valuations, litigation support, operational and financial assessments. Throughout his consulting career, Bill has worked with over 200 hospitals ranging from large health systems to small rural hospitals. He has also served numerous independent physician groups. His prior experience includes four years as a regional vice-president for a national healthcare consulting and management firm, two years as a senior manager with a regional healthcare consulting firm and nine years in hospital administration with two Florida Hospitals. |
