Bill is the founder and President of Innovative Healthcare Management Inc. located in El Segundo CA. Bill oversees the developmental and managerial roles of Innovative Healthcare including two additional projects in development. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance as well as a Juris Doctorate and is currently a member of the California State Bar.
From 1993-95 Bill developed several physician service entities including the Pain & Rehabilitation Medical Group. In 1995 he founded Innovative Healthcare Management and orchestrated the development of four Ambulatory Surgical Centers in southern California: Coast Surgery Center in the South Bay in 1998 Pacific-Endo Surgery Center in 2001 The Center for Ambulatory Surgical Treatment (CAST) in 2002 and Fullerton Surgical Center in 2004. Since 1995 Bill and IHM have grown an EBITDA exceeding 15 million. Over the last five years Bill has sold multiple centers to United Surgical Partners International. |
