Prior to joining Baldwin Gilman, Bill worked as Director of HR for Carlson Marketing and Robbins & Meyers where he managed the entire HR function for these large complex organizations. His HR leadership experience has aided his ability to find excellent HR talent for his clients. He has placed an average of 18 HR people annually for the last 10 years.
