With over 30 years of HR experience, including more than eleven as a senior recruiter at Baldwin Gilman, Bill has forged many long-term relationships with area companies who trust his judgment to present only qualified candidates. Prior to joining Baldwin Gilman, Bill worked as Director of HR for Carlson Marketing and Robbins & Meyers where he managed the entire HR function for these large complex organizations. His HR leadership experience has aided his ability to find excellent HR talent for his clients. He has placed an average of 18 HR people annually for the last 10 years. Bill has also had significant success with general management, engineering, manufacturing, sales/marketing, and accounting/finance positions. Bill received his Bachelors Degree from Miami University
