Bill Russell has been Director of Marketing for Blaemire Communications since April, 1999. He is responsible for marketing Blaemire Communications' services to potential clients and helping existing clients use their voter file to make their campaigns more successful. Before joining Blaemire Communications, Bill worked in Democratic politics at every level across the country for eight years, with an emphasis on state legislative campaigns. He has served as the Caucus Campaign Director for both the Ohio and Vermont Senate Democrats and was a National Caucus Director for the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee. In addition, he has worked as either a campaign manager or field director on local, legislative, congressional and statewide campaigns in his home state of Missouri as well as Arkansas, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio and Virginia. He is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and a graduate of Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri
