Mr. Roark has over 15 years executive management experience. Prior to founding Torch Technologies, he worked for Camber Corporation as a Senior Vice President. In this capacity, Mr. Roark was responsible for management and operation of all aspects of a $40M/year P&L Center. Prior to joining Camber, Mr. Roark was President of the Criminal Justice Systems Operating Segment within Nichols Research Corporation. He also worked from an entry-level position to become the Corporate Vice-President of the Military Systems and Simulations Group.
Mr. Roark has a demonstrated history of proven technical management combined with successful program management. He has successfully managed nationally deployed IT systems with broadly diverse user communities. Mr. Roark has developed and successfully implemented long-term business plans that resulted in sustained annual revenue growth of more than 50 percent. He has successfully established program management guidelines and policies that helped enhance profit margins while simultaneously generating market penetration into new customer areas.
Mr. Roark earned a M.S. in Physics from University of Kentucky and a B.S. in Mathematics from Cumberland College. |
